This is the use case:
We are operating in life sciences, under CFR 21 part 11 and Annex 11 framework.
We use Jira for requirements and test management, as part of a Validation flow. Often we'll need to approve the whole set of requirements, in a bulk.
It would be better if, instead of creating a PDF and routing it for signatures from each single issue, we will be able to generate this in a single, bulk, sequence.
We do not care if the result is a single Speed-eRecord for the whole set, or if each issue gets its own Speed-eRecord.
